RTINGS recorded 8.0/10 for air frying and the same for cooking speed, with 7.8 for frying performance and a big cooking surface, though it called temperature stability “just okay” and said the unit preheats slowly before recovering quickly once food goes in. Coating, handle durability and repairs

Cosori advertises a PFAS-free ceramic coating, but RTINGS identifies the nonstick surface as PTFE. The discrepancy is unresolved, so if PFAS or PTFE matters to you, confirm the coating with Cosori before buying. On durability, the basket release button on the handle is the most common complaint, with the handle lock described as flimsy. One Reddit owner (July 2025) reports a cascade over roughly a year of daily use: the crisper plate coating failed at about 6 months, the basket failed a month later, and then the top cracked and the touchscreen died, with Cosori replacing each under the 2-year limited warranty.
