Summary
A diamond cut-off disc for angle grinders sold as a 3-pack at $19.99 direct from FOXBC, claiming up to 100X longer life than bonded abrasive discs. Check your grinder’s RPM rating before buying: FOXBC does not publish a max RPM for this model.
Strengths
- Diamond wheels hold their diameter over their life, unlike bonded abrasives that wear down.
- The solid steel body resists shattering, a safety advantage over bonded wheels.
- Open slot design reduces noise, dust and heat during cuts.
- At $19.99 for a 3-pack direct, the per-disc cost is about $6.67.
- Rated for both dry and wet cutting across a wide range of materials.
Weaknesses
- No independent test of this exact model exists; the 100X life claim is unverified.
- Diamond wheels cut slower than bonded abrasives, a tradeoff FOXBC does not mention.
- Max RPM is not published, so buyers must verify compatibility with their grinder.
- No warranty information is published for this exact model.
- Owner evidence is brand-level only; no product-specific reviews or forum discussions were found.
- The manufacturing process is unclear: the page says “electro-plating” but the product is categorized as vacuum brazed.

Cutting life and cost per cut
The 100X life claim is a manufacturer specification, not a measured result. The same claim appears across diamond wheel brands. Pro Tool Reviews’ 2019 test of the competing Spyder Diamond Edge Universal Cut-Off Wheel treated it as a manufacturer claim rather than a measured result, but confirmed the general diamond-wheel value proposition: longer life, diameter retention, lower cost per cut, and improved safety over bonded wheels. That test found diamond wheels cut slower than bonded abrasives — the primary tradeoff.
Cost per cut was lower for diamond wheels in that test: approximately $7.49 per Spyder wheel versus $59.64 for 100 Kseibi bonded wheels or $60 for 40 Makita bonded wheels. The Spyder wheel specs were 4-1/2 inch diameter, 0.045 inch thickness, 7/8 inch arbor, 13,000 RPM max, with a 30-day warranty.
What owners say
Owner evidence for this exact model is limited to brand-level review aggregations. FOXBC’s own reviews page and third-party aggregators carry reviews across the brand’s full product range, not specific to this diamond disc. No Reddit threads or owner forum discussions specific to this model were found.
The absence of owner complaints is not evidence of reliability — it may simply mean the product has not been discussed.
Is it worth it?
At $19.99 for a 3-pack direct from FOXBC, the multi-material variant is a reasonable value for users who cut frequently and want to avoid changing discs every few jobs. The lack of independent testing and thin owner evidence are acceptable tradeoffs at this price point. Above $30, the absence of product-specific validation and warranty information makes established alternatives more compelling.
The metal-specific variant at $29.99 targets heavier metal cutting and is rated for dry cutting only. Compare against established alternatives like Lenox MetalMax, which had a longer track record at the time of the Pro Tool Reviews test.
